RADAR is your child's watchdog. He faithfully reports all communications with people who are not on the authorized contact list that you create for your child. Cyber-bullying, illicit messages, suspicious phone calls and other patterns of abuse are recorded. Let RADAR help you report problems to the authorities for further investigation.
To create a report, go to the Parental Alerts page and open one of the alert messages that concerns you. Select "Report" on the Alerts Detail screen. The report will list every communication with that contact. For example, in the case of a suspicious email, all emails with that contact will be listed. Selecting "Suspicious" will report all communications that you have marked as suspicious within that date range. Once the report is compiled, you can print it or email it to your child's school, the local authorities or yourself for reference. Use the report to help you determine what action should be taken to protect your child.
Please remember that in emergencies you should call 911 or contact the authorities immediately. If, however, you have technical questions about the RADAR reporting function, we have trained support staff to assist you. You can contact RADAR Support at (888) 377-8800 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Report any suspected incidents of child sexual exploitation to www.cybertipline.com, a service of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
